Private Pilot Terms & Usage Rules

Clear operating rules for evaluating Sefixa before final commercial terms are executed.

Pre-commercial pilot terms. These usage rules are intended to set clear pilot expectations, not to replace the final commercial contract. Liability terms, governing law, contracting entity, pricing, SLA and executed data-processing terms require final review before paid public launch.

Business use and authority

The pilot is intended for business users evaluating RFP, DDQ and security-questionnaire workflows. You should upload only material that you are authorised to provide to the workspace and its configured service providers.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you submit. Sefixa needs permission to store, parse, transform and otherwise process that content only as required to operate the service, produce requested response work and provide security/support functions. No ownership transfer of customer documents or approved responses is claimed by Sefixa.

Review responsibility

Sefixa drafts are not legal, security, certification or contractual attestations. Evidence can be incomplete, stale, conflicting or misinterpreted. The workspace customer is responsible for human review and for the truth and authority of any answer it approves or sends to a third party.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to access another workspace, bypass authentication or rate limits, upload material you have no right to process, distribute malware, or intentionally interfere with the service or another user's data.

Pilot availability

The current private pilot is an evaluation service and does not yet include a contractual uptime SLA, guaranteed support-response time or payment/refund terms. Production monitoring exists, but commercial service levels must be agreed before paid launch.

Security and confidentiality expectations

Sefixa implements private storage, authenticated tenant isolation and other controls described in the data-processing summary. These controls should not be interpreted as an external certification or as a substitute for a customer-specific NDA/DPA where one is required.

Ending a pilot

Workspace owners can export structured data and remove projects/evidence. Whole-workspace deletion is support-led and verified by scope. Final commercial termination, refund, retention and post-termination clauses are not yet part of this pilot page.
