What happens before paid plans
Commercial pricing, online checkout, invoices, refunds and payment-provider lifecycle are not active. Pricing will be published only after real pilot outcomes establish a defensible value metric. Current pilot access does not create an unlisted paid subscription.
Self-serve operating model
Account creation, onboarding, product use, support and pilot outcome collection are designed to run asynchronously. A sales call, live demo or founder-led meeting is not required.
